Founder Profile Chester Yu, FCCMA Jubilee Credit and Collection Risk Management Limited is founded by Chester Yu in 2020. Profile of Chester YU, based in Macau. He started his credit and collection career in famous Casino operators in Macau and oversea for the list company in Macau. He had more than 15 years intensive experiences and knowledges to handle the complex Debt Collection cases and develop various Credit Debt Collection policy for the company and improve the company Bad Debt Rate. Before set up the Jubilee Credit and Collection risk management.
	Chester had already successively held in the management position and served as the Director of Credit Collection for the Hong Kong list company to take up the leadership role for the Credit Management, due diligence and Collection function for the Department. Chester is currently is fellow membership in HKCCMA (Hong Kong Credit Collection Management Associate) Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association (HKCCMA), the first and only association for the credit and collection practitioners in Hong Kong Through the association we have very strong connection and close cooperation relationship with Credit Management & Debt collection recovery for the worldwide.
